Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to SmartLinker App (Android and iOS), the smartlinker.app website and every related service, published by Apphive ("we", "us").
SmartLinker has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
What is prohibited
- Any content that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children, including CSAM in any form (images, video, text, drawings or AI-generated material).
- Links, community suggestions, profiles, forms or any other content that shares, promotes, sells or points to CSAM.
- Grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
- Using SmartLinker to hide, shorten or redirect to content or services that facilitate any of the above.
How we enforce it
- Links and community suggestions are checked automatically (including Google Web Risk) before they are shown, and can be hidden at any time.
- Content that violates these standards is removed immediately, and the accounts involved are permanently banned.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement and the relevant regional authorities, as required by applicable law.
- We preserve the information required by law to support investigations.
How to report
- In the app: use the "Report" option on any community suggestion.
- By email: write to hello@smartlinker.app with the link or account involved. Reports about child safety are prioritized and reviewed as soon as possible.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Child safety point of contact
- Apphive designates hello@smartlinker.app as the point of contact for SmartLinker's CSAM prevention practices and compliance with these standards.
SmartLinker is not directed to children. Accounts are intended for people who are at least the minimum age of digital consent in their country.
